Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Bridge Design out of which a minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar capacity for major highway bridges is required. He should have design of at least 4 major highway bridges, Experience in other countries, involvement in innovative bridge designing works with use of computer aided software and involvement in designing of bridges more than 200m length excluding approaches would be preferred.

• knowledge of understanding of the analysis and design principles of bridge design,
• have hands on experience in using any of the bridge design software (LUSAS/ MIDAS/ STAAD Pro etc),
• knowledge of other related software like RM Bridge etc. would be desirable,
• should have knowledge of tools like AutoCAD/Micro station and ensuring drawings are prepared in accordance with CAD standards, internationally recognized standard formats in addition to technical / functional acumen, he should have good communication skills and should be able to present their work.
• Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project
• Professional English language skills (written and verbal).

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in RE Wall Design out of which a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity for major highway bridges is required. He should have design of at least 4 major RE Wall in highway/ bridges, works with use of computer aided software and involvement in designing of RE Wall more than 4000 Sqm. length excluding approaches would be preferred.

Skills Required:

Should be Graduate in Civil Engineering Firm may field Survey Engineer with Btech in Civil Engineering/Survey having at least 5 years experience in the field of surveying out of which at least 3 years should be in highway projects. This position requires thorough understanding of modern computer based method of surveying with total station digital level etc.

• Inserting data gathered from tests into reports or ongoing records

• Communicating findings to other professionals

Experience in Preparation of Bill of Quantities/estimates for major highway projects 

• Quantity take-off related to structure, earthwork and pavement as per the design drawings, Site measurements
• Experience on Rate Analysis/Cost Estimation

• Good working knowledge of Excel and specialist software packages
• Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal & social skills
